Petrol engines are designed to run
on RON 95 fuel.
However, for better vehicle perfor-
mance (petrol engines), we recom-
mend RON 98.

For petrol engines with catalytic
converter,useofunleadedfuelis
obligatory
The filler neck has a narrower orifice
to admit only petrol filler nozzles.
When you are filling your fuel
tank,donotpersistafterthethird
cutoff; this could cause your ve-
hicletomalfunction.
 I fyouhaveputinfuelthat
iswrongforyourvehicle,
itisessentialtohavethe
tank drained before you
starttheengine.

Your vehicle has been designed to
operate equally on unleaded pet-
rol (95 or 98) or on bioethanol (in
Europe this is a mixture of 85 %
ethanol and 15 % unleaded petrol,
known as E85).
A label inside the fuel filler flap indi-
cates the fuels authorised:
Other than the question of the two
authorised fuels, your vehicle is
used in the same way as a traditional
petrol vehicle.
In winter conditions, starting
from cold may seem difficult.
During periods of very cold
weather we recommend the
useof95or98unleadedpetrol
in preference to B85 so as to
ensure optimum starting per-
formance.
