Recording an OGM (cont)

Select OGM 1 or OGM 2 by pressing the OGM

SELECT Button.

A voice announcement will tell "1. or ,,2;. And OGM 1 or

OGM 2 of LCD wilt ftash.

Press the OGM PLAY button

after the OGM 1 or OGM 2 of LCD have lit up.

OGM play back is automatically terminated and the unit wrtl

be ready for recording incoming calls.

Press the OGM Play il you want to finish the operation

halfway.

NOTE:

aThe unit will automatically change to the answer mode in 7 seconds after completing lhe OGM

recording or playing back. At this time the Answer indicalor lights and lhen announces the dav

and times.

oWhen you use the other side of the greeting (outgoing) message tape, please record the greeting

message again.

Answer mode:

When a call is received, the unit will automatically answer and record incoming messages on the
