Operating Your Breville Citrus Slushie Creations
Remove the protective shield, attached to the chute by
simply pulling it downwards and off.
Remove the ice chamber by holding onto the motor body
and turning the ice chamber clockwise, then pulling it
upwards and off.
Assembling the Citrus Slushie
Creations
Place the ice chamber onto the top of the motor body so
that the chute is on the left side of the motor body. The
'ALIGN' symbols on the left side of the motor body and ice
chamber will align. Turn the ice chamber anti-clockwise
until symbol 'ALIGN' aligns with 'LOCK' symbol on the
motor base. This will securely lock the ice chamber into
position on the motor body.
Place the spindle with attached paddle onto the small
white drive shaft located through the centre of the ice
chamber. Turn the paddle clockwise to lock onto the small
white drive shaft. Align the 3 dual prongs at the base of
the spindle with the corresponding gaps and push down
on the spindle to lock into position.

Align the small white tab on the pouring spout of citrus
tray with the chute at the front of the ice chamber, then
insert and firmly push down towards the rear of the
citrus tray until the 'PUSH TO RELEASE' button locks into
position.
Insert the small cone (for small citrus fruit such as lemons
or limes) onto the spindle located through the centre of
the citrus tray and push down to secure into position.
If using the large cone (for larger citrus fruit such as
oranges), place the large cone over the tabs of the small
cone and push down to secure into position.
Carefully insert the ice shaving blade assembly through
the chute and locate into slot in front of the ice chamber
then screw the knob of the blade assembly in a clockwise
direction to secure into position. Take care when inserting
and handling the blade assembly as the ice-shaving
blade is very sharp
NOTE
Never attempt to touch the cutting edge of the blade
as it is very sharp.
