The table below shows the steps for fitting the seal:

Action

Clean the contact surfaces
"A" and "B" with ISOPRO-
PANOL.
Only coat surface "B" with
MOLYKOTE M111 lubricant.

Fit a new seal (20) and place
it on surface "A", referring to
"Preparing
static seals".

Temporarily fit a rigid cable
(36) to counter the effects of
the seal (20) coming apart
during the coupling process
