7. Particular disc does not playback

properly. The playback stops in
the middie of the disc program.
The playing surface of the disc is dirty.
The disc is warped.

Use a soft cloth and lightly wipe off the
dirt from the surface of the disc. If
necessary, moisten a cloth with diluted
neutral detergent to remove heavy dirt or
fingerprints

Put the disc into the protective envelope,
then
place
it on
a flat desk
top
Subsequently,
place a flat board e.g. glass
plate on the disc, and load it with about 4
~ Skgs. lfitis left in this state for one day,
sometimes the warp will be alleviated

Press D/A/CX to turn CX system OFF.
9. No
sound
output

MULTI-SPEED
or STILL/STEP playback is being
performed. Sound is output only during the normal
play mode. The audio signals are not output during
other piayback modes
An analog audio disc with PAL system played.
(No sound is output with analog audio disc with PAL
system.)
@ Press PLAY or PLAY/PAUSE to set the
player to normal play mode.
10. During
STILL playback,
a part
of the screen image shakes.

Even if the disc is an active play disc,
there may be some cases in which a fully
still image cannot be obtained, but this
does not mean that the player or the disc
is defective
