PREfACE
This manual contains reference information
applicable to the BR3C9/BR3E4/BR3ES disk
storage unit.
It has been prepared for cus-
tomer engineers and other technical personnel
directly involved with maintaining this equip-
ment.
Information in this manual is applicable to
the BR3C9 models A/B/C/D/J/K and BR3E4/BR3ES
A/B/E.
Reference information is divided into three
sections.
These sections and a brief descrip-
tion of their contents are listed below.
Section 1 - General Description:
Describes
equipment functions, specifica-
tions and equipment number
identification.
Section 2 - Operation:
Describes and illus-
trates the location and use of
all controls and indicators,
power on sequencing, and disk
pack installation and removal.
