(3) Registration of how the [F1], [F2], and [F3] keys will be used (special
keys registration)
Use the Set key (Set special key) window shown below to register
whether the [F1], [F2], and [F3] keys on the following data input devices
(connected to the G-controller module) are used by the operator or the
system during monitoring (see Section 5.12).
• Keyboard
• Operation panel
• Indicator with a touch panel
When used by the system, the functions of the [F1], [F2] , and [F3] keys
are as follows.
[F1]: Performs the operations in the system menu shown in Section 10.
[F2]: Reserved for a future extension function
[F3]: Stores displayed contents to the file area of a memory card.
(Operates as the snapshot trigger key.)

The figure below is an example of the Set key (Set special key) window
when the [F1] and [F3] keys are used by the system.
