Formatting operating procedure
Only a memory card can be set on this screen. Other items cannot be
set on this screen.
(a) Select a memory card whose file area is to be formatted.
(Item:

Use the [tJ and
[I]
keys to designate the location of the memory card
whose file area is to be formatted.
(b) Start formatting
Press the [J] key.
(c) Screen switching
• After formatting is completed, press the [F1] key.
The stop mode menu screen reappears.
• The memory card format screen cannot be switched to another
screen before formatting is completed.
