Sonde Mode Display Elements
Description
The sonde icon underneath the currently set frequency,
indicates the SR-24 is set to a sonde frequency�
Strength of the signal detected by the omnidirectional
antennas� Observe the signal strength to determine the
maximum signal strength�
The signal angle displays the measured polar angle of
the SR-24 to the sonde dipole field�
Measured depth shows the approximate depth of the
target line� The depth appears in either meters (m) or feet
(ft)�
The pole icon represents the location of a pole of the
sonde's dipole field�
