HOW TO USE THE SOUND FIELD MEMORY
Up to five different settings for SURROUND MODE, DELAY TIME, REAR
LEVEL, CENTER MODE, CENTER LEVEL, ACOUSTIC MEMORY, and
BALANCE can be memorized. In the unit has an original setting preset
in the "P'" position.

4. Select SURROUND MODE (and set CENTER MODE and adjust
CENTER LEVEL if using DOLBY PRO LOGIC and DOLBY 3CH
LOGIC} and adjust DELAY TIME, BALANCE and REAR LEVEL.
2. Press the MEMORY switch.
3. While the indicator is flashing, setect the memory position (A —
E} with the SOUND FIELD SELECT switch.
* When the memory position letter (A — £} stops flashing and lights
up, itis memorized. If a memory position (A — E) is not selected
while the indicator is flashing, no memory position is memorized.
* Tone settings not memorized in the ACOUSTIC MEMORY will not
be memorized.
* Settings cannot be memorized in the ''P" position.
RECALLING MEMORIZED SETTINGS
You can recall the following preset modes with the SOUND FIELD
SELECT switch or Sound Field Memory key on the remote control unit.

P: The sound field setting previously memorized in the unit.
By combining a TV set and a VCR for TV tuner), you can receive FM
simulcast TV programs (stereo TV sound transmitted from an FM radio
station) while viewing the video portion on your TV
1. Press the POWER switch to the ON position, and turn on the power
to the other components to be used.
2. Tune in the desired FM simulcast TV program on the receiver.
3. Select the desired TV program with the V-SIGNAL SELECTOR
switch.
4. Adjust the volume and tone controls as desired.
