TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
No interior light.
The unit is not
cold enough.
Water is leaking
out the back
of the unit.
Ice cubes
sticking together.
Noise during
operation.
No ice.
Not enough ice.
Possible Cause
Loose or burned out
bulb.
Light staying on.
Item(s) interfering
with drawer closing.
Dirty condenser coils.
Airflow to front grille
blocked.
Temperature not set
cold enough.
Water supply
connection leaking.
Infrequent use of
cubes.
Drawers left open.
Certain sounds
are normal.
Copper water supply
tubing contacting
internal components.
Bin arm locked in
upright position.
No water to unit.
Dirty condenser coils.

Remedy
Tighten or replace bulb.
See page 39 for light
replacement instructions.
Call for service.
Reposition or remove item(s).
Clean condenser.
See page 41.
Airflow must not be
obstructed to front grille.
See INSTALLATION.
Set temperature controller to
colder setting. See page 23.
Allow 24 hours for
temperature to stabilize.
Tighten fitting. See
CONNECTING THE
WATER SUPPLY.
Break apart cubes.
Be sure drawer is closed
correctly.
Soft sounds from the
compressor and fan motor,
and dropping sounds from
the ice maker will be heard.
Carefully bend tubing
away from cabinet and
components.
Lower bin arm.
Turn on water or contact
plumber.
Clean condenser.
