Inspect line, cord and plug for damaged
insulation and shorted wire.
Inspect all lead terminations on motor for loose
or shorted terminals or worn insulation on
wires.
Install correct fuses or circuit breakers.
Reduce the load on the power line.
Increase wire sizes, or reduce length of wiring
company

Clean out motor to provide normal air
circulation through motor.
Inspect terminals in motor for loose or shorted
terminals or worn insulation on lead wires.
