Woofer
1. Gently release the tapes that holds the woofer cable.
2. Unplug the woofer connector from the SSB.
3. Take the woofer out.
When defective, replace the both units.

Tweeters
1. Gently release the tapes that holds the tweeter cables.
2. Unplug the tweeter's connector from the SSB.
3. Remove the fixation screws that mount the tweeters.
4. Take the tweeters out.
When defective, replace the both units.
4.3.7
Keyboard Control unit
1. Unplug the connector from the keyboard control panel.
2. Gently push inwards the two clips at the PSU side of the
unit. Release the unit at the PSU side and turn it away from
the PSU. Now push it towards the PSU to release the
catches at the other side of the unit. Take it out from the
metal bracket.
When defective, replace the whole unit.
4.3.8
Stand bracket removal
Caution: it is mandatory to remount all different screws at their
original position during re-assembly. Be sure to put the set in
the Service Position.
1. Remove the stand as described earlier.
2. Remove the fixation screws.
3. Take the stand bracket out.

IR/LED Board
1. Remove the stand bracket as described earlier.
2. Unplug both the connectors from the IR/LED board.
3. Gently release the clip that hold the board and take it out
from the bezel.
When defective, replace the whole unit.
4.3.10 LCD Panel
1. Remove the PSU as described earlier.
2. Remove the SSB as described earlier.
3. Remove the woofer as described earlier.
4. Remove the tweeters as described earlier.
5. Remove the keyboard control unit as described earlier.
6. Remove the stand bracket as described earlier.
7. Remove all other metal parts that do not belong to the LCD
panel.
8. Remove the clips at the sides of the panel by releasing
those from their catches.
9. Remove the clips at the top and bottom by removing their
fixation screws.
10. Lift the LCD Panel from the bezel.
When defective, replace the whole unit.
4.4
Set Re-assembly
To re-assemble the whole set, execute all processes in reverse
order.
Notes:
While re-assembling, make sure that all cables are placed
and connected in their original position. See
Pay special attention not to damage the EMC foams on the
SSB shields. Ensure that EMC foams are mounted
correctly.
