Chapter 4: Configuring Device Settings
Installation of LMS Licenses
A. Speed License
1. Turn ON the main power switch.
2. An error message "E612-0007" is displayed.
3.
Navigate to
www.canon.com/lms/license
4.
Enter the License Access Number located on the Certificate.
5. Follow the instructions on screen to obtain the license key.
6. Download or print the License Key once the registration is completed.
7. Enter service mode.
8. Press [SPEED LICENSE].
IMPORTANT: Check that the serial number of the machine on the license and the
serial number displayed on the license number input screen are the same.
