    The DCS-6517 is equipped with metal housing certified by IK-10 criterion which protect the camera from damage. The built-in removable IR-cut filter and IR LEDs give the DCS-6517 the capability to view up to 20 meters at night. The ability to use Power over Ethernet (PoE) also allows it to be easily installed in a variety of locations without the need for supplemental power cabling.
