    Section 1 Product Overview 1.1 Operation The NFN-GW-PC-HNMF, NFN-GW-PC-HNSF, NFN-GW-PC-HNW, and NFN-GW-PC-HNW-2 serve as bridges between an ® ® ONYXWorks Workstation or ONYX FirstVision and the connected high-speed NFN network. The NFN-GW-PC-HNMF, NFN-GW-PC-HNSF, NFN-GW-PC-HNW, and NFN-GW-PC-HNW-2 are hereinafter referred to as the “High-speed PC NFN Gateway”.

    Installation Connections 2.3 Connections 2.3.1 Connecting to the NFN Network Connect the High-speed PC NFN Gateway board to the NFN network using one of the following methods: • For the NFN-GW-PC-HNW and NFN-GW-PC-HNW-2, loop each wire pair through a ferrite bead and connect one wire pair to the Channel A pins and the other wire pair to the Channel B pins as shown in Figure 2.3.
