Lease Period
Displayed when you select "IPv6 IPoE" as an IPv6 connection method. Select the
method of leasing IPv6 addresses to the LAN-side network.
Stateless address autoconfiguration
IPv6 addresses are leased to each host by the router advertisement protocol.
DHCPv6
IPv6 addresses are leased to each host by the DHCPv6 server. Enter the effective
period of the leased IPv6 addresses in "Lease Period" field and enter the range of
IPv6 address in "Interface ID Pool" field.
Displayed when you select "IPv6 IPoE" as an IPv6 connection method. Enter an IPv6
address as the default gateway.
Note: If the method of acquiring IPv6 prefix is "DHCPv6-PD", IPv6 default gateway
does not have to be configured. If the method of acquiring IPv6 prefix is "Manual",
IPv6 default gateway must be configured correctly, otherwise your IPv6 network
connection will never be established.
Displayed when you select "IPv6 IPoE" as an IPv6 connection method. Enter a subnet
ID of the LAN-side network in hexadecimal characters.
Displayed when you select "IPv6 IPoE" as an IPv6 connection method. Specify an
interface ID of the AirStation's global address.
Displayed when you select "IPv6 IPoE" as an IPv6 connection method. Configure the
DNS server's IPv6 address to be notified when the IPv6 address is leased to a device
on your network.
By default, the LAN-side IP address is 192.168.11.1 with subnet mask 255.255.255.0. You
may change it here.
Enable or disable the DHCP server, which assigns LAN-side IP addresses automatically.
Configure the range of IP addresses to be assigned by the DHCP server and IP addresses
to be excluded from that range. Values from 1-256 may be entered.
Set an IP unnumbered LAN-side IP address.
Note: A PC with a normal LAN-side IP address and a PC with an IP unnumbered IP
address cannot communicate each other.
Check Display to display DHCP server advanced settings options.
Set the effective period for IP addresses assigned by the DHCP server. Up to 999 hours
may be entered.
