Q & A
This is a multi-function product, which connects to smartphones
wirelessly. It connects to the display device using HDMI.
There are many smartphone models on the market. Read the following
precautions before use:
The lens angle of this product can be adjusted manually. To maintain clarity, do
not touch the lens surface when you adjust the lens angle.
For safety reasons, HDMI output is disabled during recording.
Due to differences in smartphone systems, processing speeds and data
transmission speeds, some smartphone models may be unable to connect to the
device. The app may even crash. If this occurs, remove any unnecessary software
from the phone to increase the phone memory and try again.
Do not replace the stock DVR memory card without professional assistance, as
the device may malfunction.
After the engine starts, confirm that the orange indicator on the DVR is flickering
before you commence driving.
Install the latest version of the app if available.
High-definition video files tend to be large. Downloading too many video files
may use up the storage capacity of your phone.
Video files are automatically saved on the memory card of the DVR. The
maximum duration of each file in MOV format is 1 minute. When the memory
card capacity is full, the oldest video file is overwritten by default (does not apply
to locked files). Manually lock important video files and/or copy or download
them to other storage media.
If the wireless channel is idle for 3 minutes, the wireless connection will be lost.
DVR wireless connection does not support more than one smartphone
connection at a time.
Due to video streaming compression in the live view window, video quality will be
lower than the actual video file.
