Perform the following steps to add the Send Email action.
1. Select Send email from the dropdown list.
2. Enter valid email addresses as sender and recipients. It is required that you configure an
SMTP server first for mail delivery, see
3. Enter subject and contents. Click
Storage path, Station name, or Data source in the Email to inform the recipient.

4. If you want to receive a snapshot of the event, select the checkbox of Snapshot image.
Click Select Cameras to select cameras which will take the snapshot.
5. Click Add.
Go to E-Map
The action opens a pre-configured E-Map of where the triggering condition occurs. The user
can then click on the camera icon on the E-Map for an instant viewing.
