How to Use the Settings Page

This section describes how to display the Settings page, and common operations to each Settings page.
Note
• The Settings page can only be operated by administrators.
• Use the Camera Management Tool in advance to configure the administrator account and network settings.

Accessing the Settings Page

Directly enter the IP address set with the Camera Management Tool into a web browser to display the Settings page of the
camera.
Note
• The Settings page can also be accessed from the Camera Management Tool. For details, refer to "Camera Management Tool User
Manual".
Start the web browser.

Enter the IP address, and press the Enter key.

The user authentication window is displayed.
Enter the administrator name and administrator password, and click [Sign in].

The Settings menu is displayed.
Important
• If an administrator and authorized user(s) share and use a Viewer on the same computer, it is strongly recommend not to save
the password on a web browser.
Note
• The Viewer is displayed when [System] > [Viewer] > [General] > [Default Page] is set to [Display Viewer] in the Settings menu
(P. 146).
