SET UP & USE

INSTALLATION

WARNING:
1.
Ensure that the supply cable is well mounted and that it does not come into
contact with the reflector of the heater, or it does not trail into heated areas.
2.
Always make sure the heater is unplugged before installation.
3.
The supply cable must be at the lower end of the heater, if the heater is
installed at an angle or vertically.
4.
Keep the supply cord away from the body of the heater which will get hot
during use.
5.
Do not install the heater on an inflammable surface.
6.
If the heater is to be used outside, a weatherproof outlet is recommended.
7.
Before drilling, ensure that there are no wires or water pipes in the area
where the heater is to be installed.
8.
The heater must be mounted on the mounting chain provided.
9.
Fasten the chain to the mounted surface.
10. Fasten the heater securely on the chain.
INSTALLATION STEPS
1.
To install the ceiling hook, tap into the ceiling/drywall the four plastic expan-
sion tubes, making sure to space appropriately so it lines up with the holes
for the ceiling hook. Place the hook on the ceiling so the holes line up with
the holes just made. Screw each of the four metal screws in the holes of the
ceiling hook.
2.
Connect the chain to the carabiner and hang on the ceiling hook.
3.
Attach the other carabiner on the bottom of the chain.
4.
Hang the connecting ring from the heater on the carabiner.
