Troubleshooting

This section provides information about what you need to do when you
run into operational problems.
If this happens:
Check this:
The voice error message
Is the ear clip attached to your earlobe?
"Check ear clip." keeps
Attach the ear clip securely to your ear.

noise?
Strong electrical noise can cause pulse
rate measurement errors. Avoid such
areas where electrical noise is being
generated.

while walking. Strong impact and vibration
