After restoring power, the unit will always restart without having to
press the button.
After restoring power, you will always have to press the button to
start the unit.
The chipset remembers the last state. After restoring power:
- A clean Win7 shutdown requires user to press the button to start
the unit
- The unit will restart without the button press if power is cycled
without a clean Win7 shutdown
