7.9 Handle and throttle trigger

7.9.1 To disassemble the handle
The first 2 steps in the instruction is only necessary
when you replace the throttle wire. To disassemble the
handle but not replace the throttle wire, start the
procedure at step 3.
1. Remove the 2 screws, the throttle wire cover and the
throttle wire from the carburetor.
2. If it is necessary to replace the electrical wires,
disconnect the short circuit cables.

3. Remove the 3 screws and 1 nut.
CAUTION: Be careful when you
disassemble. The inner parts of the handle
can easily fall out.
4. Make a note of the positions of each part, especially
the springs (A) and (B).

5. Remove the throttle wire (C) from the handle.
6. Remove the springs (A) and (B).
7. Remove the throttle trigger lockout (E), the throttle
trigger (D) and the blind button (F).
8. If it is necessary, replace the throttle wire (C).
9. Remove the start switch (G).

10. Remove the cables.
