Possible Solution
1. Replace damaged or missing bolts/nuts or tighten if
loose.
2. Tighten leg fasteners to stabilize machine.
3. Tighten/replace.
4. Fix/replace fan cover; replace loose/damaged fan.
5. Carefully remove and hone or replace dies. If honing,
avoid changing die diameter and creating larger space
for cut off pieces to get caught in.
6. Test/replace if at fault.
7. Test by rotating shaft; rotational grinding/loose shaft
requires bearing replacement.
Possible Solution
1. Use material within capacity ratings of machine
(Page 5).
2. Lubricate dies (Pages 17 & 19).
3. Carefully remove and hone or replace dies. If honing,
avoid changing die diameter and creating larger space
for cut off pieces to get caught in.
