2. Pull the SIM slots and Reset button away from the device and rotate it clockwise to expose the Reset
button, as shown in Figure 3: Exposing the Reset Button on the IG21, on page 3 or Figure 4: Exposing
the Reset Button on the IG21R or IG31R (IG31R Shown), on page 3.
