The dashcam falls off easily • Check that the 3M adhesive pad is tightly adhered to the electrostatic film before installation. • Check whether the vehicle is started and the power supply is normal.

Use the dashcam in an environment where there is less interference. Connecting to Wi-Fi takes a long time Shut down unnecessary programs and apps on your phone to release some resources for the HikDashcam app, then reconnect the Wi-Fi.
