WARNING:
• Disconnect from mains power supply before removing the battery!
• Only remove the battery if it is discharged.
1. Remove the attachment (3 or 10).
2. Pry apart the motor casing with the help of a flat-head screwdriver.
3. Cut the battery terminals from the circuit board with side cutters.
4. Remove the battery.
Return the battery to a collection point for waste batteries or hazardous waste. Ask your
municipality for further information.

Do not dispose of the device with household waste at the end of its service
life. Bring it to an official collection point for recycling. By doing so, you help
protect the environment.
