Financial Report Messages
1. Choose the Edit ECR Data menu, then select P-Mode Programming menu to open the
P-Mode Programming menu. Select Messages, then select Financial Report Message to
display the Financial Report Messages screen for the selected store file.
2. Use the scroll box at the right of the screen to find the message you wish to program.
3. Edit messages as necessary by double clicking on a field, then typing a new message.
4. Click the Print? or Red? check boxes to set the appropriate status for appearance on
reports.
5. Click Exit to save changes.
