Making Changes on Edit Screens
Numeric or Alpha Numeric Fields
The cursor changes to a cross shape when you drag it over a numeric or alpha numeric field.
Double click on the field, then enter new data. If you are entering price data, you must use
the decimal key. Fields in yellow cannot be edited.
Check Boxes
The cursor changes to an arrow when it passes over a check box field. Click on a check box
to make a selection. Click the check box again to deselect the item
Drop Down List Boxes
The cursor changes to an arrow when it passes over a drop down list box arrow. Click on the
arrow in the box to open the drop-down list box and display a list of choices. Click on an
item to select it. (If all the choices are not in view, scroll bars are provided.)
