General Instructions

5.1
Annual expert inspection (accident
prevention regulation)
In addition to the test before the initial commissioning
of the lifting platform by Bosch customer service or a
service agent authorized by Bosch, official regulations
require that at least one safety acceptance test be
performed every year by an expert. Bosch customer
service or a service agent authorized by Bosch will
be pleased to submit a quotation for a maintenance
agreement.
5.2

Warranty

Due to the fact that lifting platforms have to satisfy
stringent safety requirements to protect persons
working on it, we must point out that any warranty
claim is dependent upon the proper safety acceptance
test, maintenance work and entries thereof in the
inspection log. Only genuine Bosch spare parts may
be used, as type approval and warranty claims are
invalidated if parts from other manufacturers are
installed.
5.3

Electrical connection

!
Grounding conductors must be checked following
initial installation, repairs and modifications to
the installation, as well as in accordance with
specification VDE 0100.
