Operation Check of the Code Reader (TCP/IP
Communications)
This section checks whether communications are performed between the master station and the code reader normally.
Configure the system as shown below.
For the communication setting, refer to Page 18 Communication Settings on GX Works3.

Ethernet
(1) Built-in Ethernet port
(2) Master station (station number 0)
(3) Remote station (station number 1)
(4) Local station (station number 2)
(5) General-purpose switching hub

Place the QR code (Page 8 Sample QR code for the code reader) in front of the code reader.

On GX Works3, select [Online] on the menu bar  [Monitor]  [Device/Buffer Memory Batch Monitor].
