TwinDos maintenance


Damage resulting from dried
laundry detergent.
If the system has not been used for a
long time (more than 2 months),
detergent in the hoses can become
viscous or dry out. The hoses can
become blocked and would then
need to be cleaned by Customer
Service.
Clean the TwinDos system.
To clean the system, you either need a
"TwinDosCare" cleaning cartridge or
an empty TwinDos container, available
from
www.shop.miele.com.
The washing machine has a cleaning
program for the TwinDos system.
Running the cleaning program will clean
the hoses inside the washing machine.
Starting the maintenance program
 Turn the program selector to the
Additional programs/ position.
 
Outdoor

 Touch the  sensor buttons until

 Confirm the setting with the
OK sensor button.
 Touch the  sensor buttons until
the following appears in the display:


 Confirm the setting with the
OK sensor button.

Mainten. comp. 

 Touch the  sensor buttons until
the compartment you want appears
in the display. Confirm with the
OK sensor button.

Start Care?

 Touch the  sensor button until the
following appears in the display:

Start Care?

 Confirm the setting with the
OK sensor button.
 Follow the instructions in the display.
The hoses will now be cleaned. The
TwinDos system can be used again at
OK
any time.
Cleaning the removable
compartment
Detergent residue can cause clogging.
