DEFINITION
This is the time required for the wrapper to go from a stopped position
to 600 packages per minute�
This is the ratio of the feeder accumulator belt high speed to the wrap-
per speed�
This is a delay added to prevent the feeder accumulator belt from going
to high speed as soon as the accumulator eye is blocked�
