Restore factory default setup.

When system is running normally
(power indication light is red), press
the RESET button for at least 5
seconds, system can restore factory
default setup. Yellow light flickers.
Send out the SDI video stream conforming
to the HD-SDI specifications.
Please make sure the device is securely
earthed to prevent the thunderstorm strike.
