(5) Insert the MY-66 board with the MY-95 board to slot 2. (Refer to section "4-3-2. Installation/
Removal of Plug-in Boards.")
(6) Remove the CPU-264B board from slot 1. (Refer to section "4-3-2. Installation/Removal of Plug-in
Boards.")
(7) Connect the supplied harness (MY-95) to CN1 on the CA-35B board of the CPU-264B board.

(8) Insert the CPU-264B board to slot 1. (Refer to section "4-3-2. Installation/Removal of Plug-in
Boards.")
(9) Connect the other end of harness (MY-95) which was connected in step (7) to CN5 on the MY-66
board (slot 2).
