• Disconnect the power plug
before assembling, dismantling
or before cleaning and when
the tower fan is not in use.
• Avoid touching mobile parts
of the tower fan.
• Never insert fingers, pencils or
any other objects through the
guards whenever the power plug
is connected, in particular while
the tower fan is switched on.
• The tower fan must not
be used if the base is not
fastened correctly, according
to the instructions provided
in this book.
• Do not operate in the presence
of explosives and/or flammable
fumes or liquids.
• Never carry the tower fan by
the cord or yank the cord to
disconnect from the power
outlet; instead, grasp the plug
and pull to disconnect.
• Do not pull the cord around
sharp edges or corners.
• Allow the fan blade to stop
completely and the fan guard
to close, then always switch off
at the power outlet and unplug
the tower fan from the outlet:
- Before leaving it unattended -
Before attempting to move the
appliance - Before cleaning and
maintenance unless otherwise
specified in this booklet -
Immediately after use.

• To prevent damage to the
tower fan, do not use alkaline
cleaning agents when
cleaning. Use a soft cloth and
a mild detergent.
• Do not place anything on top
of the tower fan when assembled,
when in use or when stored.
• The tower fan is not intended
to be operated by means of
an external timer or separate
remote-control system or any
other device that switches the
tower fan on automatically.
• Keep the tower fan &
humidifier clean. Follow the
cleaning instructions provided
in this book.
RELATIVE TO
HUMIDIFICATION
• Do not place the tower fan on a
rug, carpet, wooden flooring, or
any other surface that may be
damaged by exposure to water
or moisture.
• Do not locate the tower fan
directly below or close to a
mains electricity supply socket.
• Do not use the tower fan
without sufficient water in the
water container.
