    Tap operation To dispense chilled water Classic Depressing the blue CHILLED lever Press or pull the CHILLED lever allows the dispensing of chilled water. Pulling forward the blue CHILLED lever allows the tap to operate in a “no-touch” mode. Water will flow from between 5 and 15 seconds (this is user adjustable, see page 19).
  • Page 4 Tap operation To dispense sparkling water Classic Press or pull the SPARKLING lever Depressing the blue SPARKLING lever allows the dispensing of chilled sparkling water. Pulling forward the blue SPARKLING lever allows the tap to operate in a “no-touch” mode. Water will flow from between 5 and 15 seconds (this is user adjustable, see page 19).
  • Page 5 Tap operation Classic Chilled button The HydroTap Classic uses lever ® controls, to dispense chilled and Sparkling button chilled sparkling water. There are blue indicator lights, built into the levers, to show the status of the water. There is a filter warning light to indicate when a filter change is due.

    Tap lights Blue water lights Classic Blue lights Continually illuminated This indicates that the chilled and chilled sparkling water is within the set temperature range. Flashing slowly This indicates that the chilled and chilled sparkling water is not within the set temperature range.

    LCD Screen operation - Section G Dispense times The ability to change the maximum dispensing time for both the hot and cold water has been introduced. The default settings for the maximum dispensing times is 15 seconds. The operator may change both the hot and cold dispensing times from 5 to 15 seconds, in increments of 1 second.
  • Page 20 Filter maintenance • Caution. A small amount of water will drip as the cartridge is removed. • Do not tilt the cartridge as water may spill from it if tilted. • Unpack replacement cartridge and remove sanitary cap, write today’s date where shown on the label.

    Changing the CO cylinder • Turn the CO cylinder regulator off (anti-clockwise). The knob will screw up and away from the cylinder. • Remove the cylinder from the cupboard and disconnect the regulator. If the braided hose is removed from the regulator, be careful not to lose the small plastic sealing olive, located inside the end of the hose.

    Home menu icons Home menu icon Sleep mode is active. There are 4 sleep mode options which display this icon on the home screen. See page 17 for details. Chilled temperature The temperature of the water in the chilled/sparkling tank will be displayed, between 3°C and 5°C.
