XVM-R75 - Video Monitor Operation

General – This is a wide screen (16 x 9 aspect ratio) monitor only. Video and power come from the supplied XA-
117 connector box for permanent installation but audio/video 1 can be input directly into the monitor (phono
jacks) perhaps from a camcorder. See Figure 3-13 for hookup. Sound is output to the in-dash radio or headphones
can be used for the driver's sanity.

Apply +12Vdc directly to the XVM-R75 at connector B13/pins 2 (red) and 7 (blue) will power up the monitor
without the XA-117 connector box. Ground can be either B13/ end pin 9 or IC U5's heat sink as shown in Figure
3-14.
