Mask diagnostic operation The model CE-6000/7000 series and TK-6000/7000 series have the Mask diagnostic operation in the machine. The following test can be checked in the Mask diagnostic operation. 1) Flash ROM data erase after write test 2) RAM read after write test To start the Mask diagnostic operation, perform the following operation.
