The battery does not charge properly (For Samsung-approved
chargers)
• E nsure that the charging contacts of the earbuds and the charging case are in contact
with each other.
• E nsure that the charger is connected properly.
• I f the battery contacts are dirty, the battery may not charge properly. Wipe both gold-
coloured contacts with a dry cloth and try charging the battery again.
• V isit a Samsung Service Centre and have the battery replaced.
The charging time and the battery life is different between the
earbuds
• T he main earbud's battery life will be less than the other earbud because it operates more
features.
• T he main earbud takes longer to charge than the other one.
The battery depletes faster than when first purchased
• W hen you expose the earbuds or the battery to very cold or very hot temperatures, the
useful charge may be reduced.
• T he battery is consumable and the useful charge will get shorter over time.
You cannot hear others speaking
• A djust the earbud volume.
• A djust the volume on the connected device when you cannot hear sounds on your
earbuds at full volume.
Sound echoes during a call
Adjust the volume with the connected mobile device or the touchpad by tapping and
holding the right or left earbud, or move to another area.
