Copper (75°C) conductors are recommended. The power cable connections are situated as shown below.

    NOTE The recommendations given do not cover Branch circuit protection for UL. Short-circuit protection: GE recommends using the fuses/Circuit Breakers mentioned below to protect service personnel and property in case of component break-down in the drive. Over current protection: The drive provides overload protection to limit threats to human life, property damage and to avoid fire hazard due to overheating of the cables in the installation.

    3.4.12 CE Compliance Fuses or Circuit Breakers are mandatory to comply with IEC 60364. GE recommend using a selection of the following.
