4. Cautions on Transmitting Documents
Documentswritten in yellow, greenishyellow, or light blue ink
cannotbe transmitted.
Ink,glue,andcorrectingfluidon documents mustbe dry beforethe
documents canbetransmitted.
All clips, staplesand pins must be removedfrom documentsbe-
fore transmission.
Patched(taped)documents shouldbe copiedfirst on a copierand
thenthe copiesusedfor transmission.
All documents shouldbe fannedbeforeinsertioninto the feederto
preventpossibledoublefeeds.
