During the HLA procedure in factory:
Note:
− The Tubestand arm is installed, levelled and
adjusted.
− The X−Ray tube is aligned with the Collimator
Interface Plate left which is installed.
− In the field it is only necessary to mount the
Tube Assy on the Tube Support Arm and
install the collimator with the following
instructions.
The Collimator Interface Plate is adjusted
Note:
parallel to the X−Ray tube axis so that the
middle of the two focal spots is centered on
the Collimator Alignment Tool crosshair.

Do not remove the shipping anchor rod from the Vertical
carriage until instructed to do so See step A8 in the Steer-
ing Guide. (fig. 1)
Slightly loosen the Tube Stand Arm anchor bolts to insert
the Tube Stand Arm into the brackets.
