1 Introduction Thank you for purchasing the BradyPrinter S3000, which you can use to create and print professional- looking labels. All you have to do is: • Drop in a ribbon cartridge. You can choose from a wide range of single-color ribbons. -
Page 8: Compatible Applications
The BradyPrinter S3000 is compatible with Brady Workstation desktop software. When used with Brady Workstation software, the printer will automatically recognize all enabled and compatible materials up to 4 in. (101.6 mm) wide. For operation of the printer with other software, refer to the documentation for your application. -

Finish The BradyPrinter S3000 is now available to receive information from your computer labeling program. When printing from the computer, the printer must be attached to it via the USB cable. Be sure to select the BradyPrinter S3000 in the print dialog box of the labeling program. -

The printer cannot read the memory cell on the label roll. Labels may not be installed, may be installed incorrectly, or the memory cell may be corrupted. Creating Labels Creating Labels Create label files using Brady Workstation software. When you first create a label file, you specify the printer. This allows the software to provide features specific to your printer. Also, the software automatically detects the ribbon and labels installed in the printer. -

If no setting is used, the default will be the cut location set in Brady Workstation. Note: The label size for die-cut labels is already set and cannot be adjusted. -
