Press and hold the POWER switch for about 3 seconds.
The boot message appears when the power is turned on.
When "READY" appears, the printer is ready to print.

Press and hold the POWER switch until "SHUTDOWN PROCESSING" stops
blinking and remains on the display.
Notes
• The printer does not turn off if the POWER switch is released before
"SHUTDOWN PROCESSING " stops blinking on the display.
• Always use the printer's POWER switch to turn off the printer.
Switching the printer off by cutting the outlet power could damage the internal
hard disk.
