Supplementary information
The parameters of the "setup" class require the "proc
start" to be executed before they can be reflected in
real operation. Until the "proc start" is executed, the
return messages for them represent the values changed
with commands of the "setup" class.
• When there are parameters whose settings differ from
the values used in real operation, an "*" is postfixed
to the return message.
• When the value of a parameter being set or read
differs from its value used in real operation, an "**"
is postfixed to the return message.
