YPVS valve inspection
1. Eliminate:
• Carbon deposits
(with a rounded scraper®)
CAUTION:
Do not use a sharp instrument to avoid
damaging or scratching the surfaces.
2. Inspect:
• YPVS valve assembly
Crack/damage/wear-> Replace.
YPVS valve installation
1. Install:
• Oil seal
Distance (a):
1. 0-1. 5 mm (0. 04-0. 06 in)
NOTE:
The oil seal should be installed with the
marks ©facing inward.
