Replace module
Connect fiber to receiver and transmitter
Connect and apply power to module
Connect video input to module
Apply power to video source
Check video source and cabling
Connect audio input to module

Check data source and cabling
Set DATA SELECT switch to valid format
Set Transmitter or Receiver DATA
