Connecting the Touch 10 user interface

The Touch 10 user interface must either be directly
connected to the MX700 or MX800 video system as
described on this page, or paired to the video system via the
network (LAN) as described on the next page. The latter is
referred to as remote pairing.
Connecting Touch 10 directly to the video
system
Connect Touch 10 to the video system's PoE injector as
illustrated.
Touch 10 set-up
Once Touch 10 is connected, the set-up procedure begins.
Follow the instructions on screen.
If Touch 10 needs software upgrade, new software will be
downloaded from the video system and installed on the unit
automatically as part of the set-up procedure. Touch 10
restarts after the upgrade.
You can verify that Touch 10 is successfully connected to the
video system by checking that the video system's address is
displayed in the top banner.
